Carole Fiorentino CAROLE FIORENTINO: Course Registrar and Research Assistant
Carole manages all the support functions for the open-enrollment courses scheduled throughout the year. She handles the registration and invoicing activities, as well as the preparation of the handouts for these courses. In addition, Carole provides research services for the organization by developing and maintaining the library and files of up-to-date resource materials related to specific curriculum topics and specific topics as requested by consultants.
PENNY KUDIRKA: Administrative Assistant
Penny provides extensive administrative support for Sandra in her roles as Executive Director, Director of Client Services of RBT and Project Manager for the continuing contract with Montgomery County, Maryland Public Schools. In addition, Penny manages all administrative aspects of the graduate credit programs with Fitchburg State College for more than 100 in-state and out-of-state Studying Skillful Teaching and Observing and Analyzing Teaching courses.

WILLIAM MOONAN: Director of Administrative Services
Bill's major functions are to oversee the day-to-day administrative activities of the company and to manage all aspects of the financial operations of RBT. These include supervising and coordinating workloads for office staff personnel, preparing all contracts and invoices, and ensuring a positive cash flow. Bill is a member of the Leadership Team.

Ivy Schutt IVY SCHUTT: Curriculum and Resource Manager
Ivy provides organizational support services to the Directors of Curriculum and Training. She assists consultants and in-district trainers with fulfilling their requests for training materials, resource materials for courses (DVDs, etc.) and certificates. Additionally, Ivy edits and manages the production of material for Curriculum, Client Services/Marketing, Training, and Administrative Services in such areas as curriculum document development and revision, conference planning and materials, ads and other marketing materials. She also provides primary support for logistical arrangements for RBT retreats and the annual RBT conference.
