Reena Freedman

Reena has worked in education for over twenty years as a classroom teacher, curriculum designer, new teacher induction leader, staff developer, and administrator. She has consulted with schools and universities on the design and implementation of effective new teacher induction programs. Reena has also presented at state and national educational conferences on systems that support teacher development, including new teacher induction, instructional rounds, and other forms of team-based coaching. Her other interests include developing school capacities for building teacher leadership, information-rich hiring, and supervision for growth systems.
