Beyond Mentoring
This book emphasizes the critical role of instructional practice in the induction support that is given to new and beginning teachers. Using a model for the comprehensive induction of new teachers, educators are guided through the steps of developing an induction plan for new teachers and integrating the induction program with the district’s professional learning community.
