But it goes beyond just posting norms on the wall. Don't put it on the wall unless you know exactly what it means and you are going to call people on it. Bruce also discusses the equation for determining the max relational load of a group, stressing the need for expanding our repertoires for breaking large groups into smaller units to maximize participation.
