This professional learning community of high school teachers goes through the classic five steps of error analysis that lead to successful reteaching and student learning.Bryan has identified the student who had the most trouble with the quiz on a short story. His fellow teahers on the Sped team join him inexploring reasons for his mistakes. He picks the most likely one and designs a reteaching strategy. These sped teachers take turns at their meetings going through the 5 steps of error analysis to get h elp from their peers in deciding what to do next for various students. This is a good model also for how CTE teachers who teach different subjects can use common planning time together,
